Start with a project review
A paid first step for a defined scope: a unit type, a hotel room category, a restaurant area or one commercial property. For portfolios, the reviewed type becomes the standard for the rest.

What the studio does not do
Construction and installation
Building and installation work is done by contractors engaged by the client. We supervise the design on site.
Fixed total budgets
We quote our own work against a defined scope. Supplier and contractor offers are compared openly; their totals are not guaranteed.
Promised results
We don’t promise revenue, guest numbers or opening dates.
